By using this website and booking services with Arredondo Films, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All retainers are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, payments made may not be refunded.
Creative Style
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our style, editing approach, and body of work. Final creative decisions, including editing, music selection, and delivery format, remain at our discretion.
Event Coverage
We will make every reasonable effort to capture all important moments throughout the event. However, we cannot guarantee specific shots due to factors beyond our control, including venue restrictions, lighting conditions, weather, schedule delays, or guest interference.
Delivery
Final videos are delivered digitally within the estimated timeframe discussed during booking. Delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding seasons.
Copyright & Usage
All footage and final edited films remain the property of Arredondo Films. Clients receive a personal-use license to share and enjoy their wedding film. Content may not be resold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Promotional Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to use footage, stills, and completed films for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Website Use
All content on this website, including videos, images, logos, and text, is owned by Arredondo Films and may not be copied or used without permission.
